    WELCOME TO HOLIDAY

The first traces of the history of the town of Biograd date back to the distant 950 years.

The Byzantine travel writer and emperor Constantine VII Porphyrogenitus mentions Bograd in his works. Throughout history, Biograd has been conquered by several foreign conquerors: the Venetians, Venice, the Crusaders ...

Biograd experienced its greatest prosperity as the capital of medieval Croatian rulers, and in 1102 the Croatian-Hungarian king Koloman was crowned there.

The first guests, the Czechs, began coming to Biograd during the 1920s, and the first hotel was built in 1935.

WHAT THEY SAY ABOUT US

The Adriatic Sea and that's it

It was very nice for me in Croatia. What I especially liked was the sea because it is so clear. We enjoyed swimming and diving. I also like that there isn’t too much ‘concrete’, like in Spain for example. There are no big hotels, there are more camps and mobile homes. I also really liked Croatian cuisine, especially grilled fish.

We are coming for the second year

I was in Croatia last year, and I came back because it is one of the best sailing areas in the Mediterranean. Another reason is that sailing prices are acceptable. The sea is crystal clear and warm, and the food is divine.

Testimonials

Damir, Sarajevo
